Preppers
Minimum 3 months experience in prep activities and reliable transportation is required for this position. Must own putty knife and caulking gun (may be purchased from the company).

Prepping includes putty, caulking, masking and sanding of all surfaces. Other duties may include carrying paint buckets and mixing of a variety of materials.

Must be able to:

• follow instructions
• work under supervision
• be detail oriented
• lift up to 75 pounds

Painters
Minimum 1 year experience in painting activities and reliable transportation is required for this position. Previous experience in prep work and own tools such as extension poles, brushes and rollers is a plus.

Painting activities include brush and roll work as well as cutting in of corners and edging. Also requires staining or painting of handrails, cabinets and other woodwork.

Must be able to:

• follow instructions
• work under supervision
• be detail oriented
• lift up to 75 pounds

Spraypersons
Minimum 1 year experience with airless spray pump systems plus previous experience in painting activities. Reliable truck and own hand tools is required for this position.

Responsibilities include job/project supervision as directed by the area Superintendents. Previous experience in supervision is a plus.

Must be able to:

• direct other crew members 
• work with minimal supervision
• be detail oriented
• lift up to 75 pounds

Hangers
We need Drywall Hangers, with a minimum of six months residential drywall construction experience. You must provide your own hand & power tools, including tools specific to drywall operations. You must have reliable transportation, be self motivated, versatile and able to work independently. Having an eye for detail is desired and you must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Metal Hangers
We need Metal Hangers with a minimum of one year residential drywall construction experience. You must provide your own hand & power tools including tools specific to drywall operations. You must have reliable transportation, be self motivated, versatile and able to work independently. Having an eye for detail is desired and you must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Tapers
We need Drywall Tapers with a minimum of six months residential drywall construction experience. You must provide your own hand & power tools including tools specific to drywall operations. You must have reliable transportation, be self motivated, versatile and able to work independently. Having an eye for detail is desired and you must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Drywall Scrap and Clean Up Operations
We need individuals to support scrap and clean up activities for drywall operations. You must have reliable transportation and possess a valid driver’s license. Candidates for this position need to be self motivated, able to work independently and able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Texture
We need individuals with a minimum of six months of experience performing texture spray operations on residential drywall construction projects. This position requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and you must provide your own hand & power tools that will be used in drywall operations. You must be self motivated, versatile and able to work independently. Having an eye for detail is desired and you must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Prep Coat
We need individuals with experience in Prep Coat operations. You need experience painting ceilings prior to texture and have a minimum of six months residential drywall construction experience. You must provide your own hand & power tools including tools specific to drywall operations. You must have reliable transportation, be self motivated, versatile and able to work independently. Having an eye for detail is desired and you must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Sand & Edge
We need individuals with drywall sanding and edging operations experience. You will be caulking and scraping angles that require clean and precise lid lines. You need a minimum of six months residential drywall construction experience. You must provide you own hand & power tools including tools specific to drywall operations. You must have reliable transportation, be self motivated, versatile and able to work independently. Having an eye for detail is desired and you must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Flooring
We need individuals to perform floor prep operations. Duties include the placement of protective covering on floors to prevent the need for water in clean-up operations. You need a minimum of six months residential drywall construction experience. You must provide your own hand & power tools including tools specific to drywall operations. You must have reliable transportation, be self motivated, versatile and able to work independently. Having an eye for detail is desired and you must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Pick-up
We need Pick-up workers for residential drywall construction. This position requires a minimum of one year in residential drywall construction, and demonstrated experience in drywall repairs including patching, texture matching, hanging drywall, taping and floating. You are required to supply your own hand & power tools necessary to perform various drywall operations. Reliable transportation is a must and the successful candidate will be self motivated, able to lift and carry 50 lbs, work independently and have an eye for detail. This position requires the individual to work in new homes as well as perform repairs in customer homes after they are occupied by the home owner.

Scaffolding
We need candidates with scaffolding experience. The preferred candidate must have experience erecting & dismantling scaffolding, and scaffold training certification is preferred. You must have a strong safety orientation and be willing to participate in scaffolding training. You are required to supply your own hand & power tools necessary to perform various drywall operations. Reliable transportation is a must and the successful candidate will be self motivated, able to lift and carry 50 lbs, work independently and have an eye for detail.
